On 2 September, Olivier De Schutter joined Mavis Owusu-Gyamfi, President and CEO of the African Center for Economic Transformation (ACET), for an exchange of views at the European Parliament. Jointly convened by the Committee on Development and the Subcommittee on Human Rights, the event focused on the underlying assumptions of growth, poverty eradication, and human rights.
